At Rachel Blindauer, we believe shipping should feel as seamless and elevated as the pieces we curate. Every order arrives insured, in designer-vetted packaging, with the same intention with which it was selected.

Please note — U.S. shipping only. At this time we ship exclusively within the United States and are unable to fulfill international orders.

Standard Shipping

Simple, honest flat rates based on your order total — applied automatically at checkout:

Orders under $150 — $15
Orders $150–$750 — $35

These rates reflect more than postage — they include protective packaging, insured transit, and our commitment to careful handling.

Complimentary Shipping — A Gift from Rachel

Orders over $750 ship free. No codes. No catches. Just ease.

Furniture & Oversized Pieces — White-Glove Delivery

Our large-scale pieces — chests, casegoods, and statement chandeliers — arrive by white-glove service: delivered inside, unpacked, placed, and all packaging removed.

Pieces under $3,000 — $299
Pieces $3,000 and above — $399

After you place your order, we arrange delivery with you personally around your schedule.

Lead Times & Fulfillment

Each piece ships directly from our partnered makers and fulfillment centers, so timing varies with the scale and craft of the item. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse, and for white-glove pieces we coordinate every step with you directly.

Additional Notes

We currently ship within the U.S. only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.
All shipments include insurance for loss or damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We'll make it right.
