A trailing floral in soft violet on ivory cotton, printed the old way: carved wooden blocks pressed by hand, one repeat at a time. The slight irregularities where blocks meet are not flaws — they are the reason the pattern breathes in a way a digital print never does.

Violet is a color most people avoid because they associate it with the wrong decade. Used at this saturation — dusty, close to lilac gray — it behaves like a neutral and reads as sophisticated rather than sweet.
