Ivory on ivory. The interest is entirely in the making: a chainstitch frame worked with thicker yarns so the line stands up off the surface, guided by hand rather than programmed, which is why it has the slight waver that machine-perfect embroidery lacks.

Tonal embroidery is the hardest thing to find and the easiest thing to use. It gives a room the evidence of handwork — which is what makes a space feel considered — without introducing a single new color to manage.
The removable cover matters more than it sounds. An ivory pillow you cannot wash is an ivory pillow you will retire in two years.
