The Halcyon's plaster-white, sun-motif silhouette is striking enough to stand alone, but it's really an invitation — pair it with a crisp linen drum for something classic, or a pleated or textured shade for more personality. It reads beautifully in coastal and bohemian rooms, but the clean white finish keeps it flexible enough for almost anywhere. The Halcyon Table Lamp Base centers on a sculpted sun motif, hand-cast in metal and finished in a soft, plaster-white powder coat that reads as considered rather than stark. The flared base gives it real presence at just over two feet tall, while the open, radiating form keeps it from feeling heavy.
This piece is sold as a base only — no shade included — so you can pair it with whatever finish, shape, or texture the room calls for. (Note: our photos show the base styled with a linen drum shade for scale and reference; that shade is not included and ships separately if desired.) A 3-way A-E26 socket with a rotary switch at the base means it's ready to wire in as soon as you've chosen a shade.
